Annette graduated in mathematics and geography in York and joined Mersey Regional Health Authority in the statistics department.
After time out for family she joined an Ormskirk Estate Agents as a sales negotiator. She rose through the ranks to manager/valuer, before joining Brighouse Wolff in 2004 to take up the role of Manager and Valuer of the new Estate Agency Branch in Skelmersdale.
She has built up a rapport with many of the local people and also within the property construction and investment business.
She believes in openess, honesty and approachability in a role she enjoys, particularly engaging with new clients at a demanding time in their lives.

Martin joined Brighouse Wolff to head up our prominent Ormskirk Office early in 2017. His position encompasses the day to day management of our busy office together with conducting Sales & Lettings valuations. Martin is also responsible for overseeing our large portfolio of managed lettings properties.
