Mortgage Advice

Brighouse Wolff Estate Agents are delighted to announce that they can now offer in-house mortgage advice through association with The Business Advice Centre.

Clients will be able to get advice from fully qualified mortgage advisers based in our offices at Sandy Lane, Skelmersdale or Aughton Street, Ormskirk.

The Business Advice Centre is a “whole of Market” advisor, meaning they have access to the majority of lenders on the market, unlike many other Estate Agents. They are specialists in First Time Buyers, Home Movers, Remortgages and Buy to Let. They also have a specialist advisor for the new Help to Buy schemes introduced by the government.

Help to Buy

The Help to Buy scheme is proving very popular and is not just open to First Time Buyers. Any mover who is looking to purchase a new home under £600,000 may qualify for the scheme.

Obviously, it is proving very popular with the First Time Buyers as it is the first time for a good few years that borrowers can buy a home with only a 5% deposit.

FREE Mortgage Surgery

With interest rates remaining low it is a great time to review your mortgage or consider moving. You may have questions regarding your existing mortgage or maybe just wondering how much you can borrow, so why not come to our weekly mortgage surgery.

Call 01695 722251 to book an appointment with a mortgage adviser who can answer any questions and provide advice. Due to the demand for the service so far it is always best to book an appointment. The Business Advice Centre is an appointed representative of Julian Harris Mortgages Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. We normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however, this will dependent on your circumstances. Our Typical fee is £349. There is no fee for any initial advice or the mortgage surgery.
