If you currently own or intend to purchase a residential property for rental, you should consider engaging our Property Management Service.  You will find it both professional and cost effective.  As specialists we know how to manage the property for optimum performance whilst maximising rental return ensuring smooth running tenancies together with compliance with Landlord and Tenant Legislation.

We understand that letting your property can be a worrying experience and with this in mind our most important consideration is providing you the Landlord with the best possible service and the right tenants for your property.  All tenants go through a vigorous referencing procedure and we are able to offer Rent Protection Insurance at competitive rates.

We offer a full Management Service which includes marketing of the property, undertaking viewings leading to the introduction and vetting of the prospective tenant.  We prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy, register the tenants deposit and complete a full inventory check-in.  During the tenancy we carry out periodic inspections and are on hand to supervise items of maintenance and repair as required.

We collect and process rental payments on a monthly basis with rental balances credited automatically to the Landlords nominated bank account.

Towards the end of the tenancy we liaise between Landlord and Tenant with a view to renewing the Tenancy Agreement or arranging to undertake the tenancy check-out and re-advertising the property to let.  This is an ideal service suitable for Landlords who are either not residing locally who would rather not deal with tenants directly preferring all aspects to be handled by an agent.

Alternatively we offer a Let Only Service which includes marketing the property and carrying out viewings, carrying out referencing and preparation of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy.  The first months rent and deposit is collected and credited to the Landlord, the ongoing rent collection and management of the property becomes the responsibility of the Landlord.
